Family owned and operated for 2 generations. Terry, and son Jordan Ohlmann, strive to provide the best possible experience when heating, air conditioning, or plumbing problems arise.

Founded in Lubbock in 1985, and expanding to the Permian Basin with our location in Midland in 2000. We have the expertise and equipment available to handle any project no matter how big or small, while still providing personal service.
